Quality Outreach Coordinator - South Region Quality Team
Overview The Quality Outreach Coordinator collaborates with the IU Health South Region Quality Team, patients, and providers to support the timely completion of preventative care and other quality measures. Responsibilities include contacting patients to schedule appointments and tests, obtaining external medical records, and effectively communicating patient needs and relevant information to providers and clinic staff. The Quality Team seeks a self-motivated, team-oriented professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. This position will be hybrid with weekly in-office attendance at various IU Health South Region Primary Care offices. Schedule: Full TimeDay Shif
